This article explains how you can request your data related to a previous Background Check with Verifile.

GUIDANCE:

If you need any information you have provided in the screening form or require information on your background check, you will need to request this from your employer directly who has requested the background check.

As Verifile act a processor of your data while the client (your employer) acts as the data controller, we cannot provide information directly to you without their permission.

You can make a Subject Access Request to your employer to provide you with the information on your background checks.

You can contact Verifile to request contact information for the client if you do not already hold these details
