You can request a full file disclosure by speaking to the organisation that requested your background check (Verifile’s client and your prospective employer) and make a Subject Access Request (SAR).
As the processors of your data, we require you to make the request through your employer (our client), who is the controller, and holds the right to disclose the information.
We don't own your information, therefore cannot disclose or share it with you.
