WHAT DO I NEED?

GUIDANCE:

There are several reasons why you might not be able to submit the online form.

When pressing Finish & Submit, the site will present you with a list of errors at the top of the page, if there are any:

This will highlight which issues stop the form from submitting. The most common reason a form will not complete is because of missed information. Please ensure that you fill out all the mandatory fields across your form—a red asterisk will mark these.

Please ensure that you go back and correct any issues highlighted in the error report.

Candidates will now understand how to view the reasons they cannot submit the online form.

 

FURTHER READING:

Many errors can be caused by telephone, driving licence and passport numbers. If you are receiving any errors relating to this, please try removing any spaces between the numbers.
