• Digital ID pulled over my data incorrectly. What do I do?

This article covers what you will need to do in instances where the Digital ID process has pulled over your data incorrectly. 

 

WHAT DO I NEED?

GUIDANCE:

In some rare instances, your chosen app for your Digital ID check may incorrectly read the information on your ID documents, resulting in your name being incorrect, or errors that state your information does not match. 

As long as your ID documents are in your full and current legal name, we can correct this information for you. Please provide us with copies of the ID documents that you scanned and contact us before you submit the online form

We will then be able to raise this to our IT team, and let you know once this has been corrected so that you can proceed with the form as normal.
