This article provides clarity on why Verifile may request you to provide more information. 

 

WHAT DO I NEED?

GUIDANCE:

We may request additional information in order to progress your background check. Sometimes the information you provide on the online Background Screening Form is only a starting point and may not be enough to complete the background check.

If we have requested further information and have not heard back from you after a certain number of attempts, we may not be able to proceed - meaning your checks could be closed due to insufficient information.

It is vital to respond to our requests in a timely fashion, or keep us updated if you will need more time in order to provide the requested information.
