WHAT’S COVERED IN THIS ARTICLE?

This article covers whether the option for a Paper Screening form is available.

WHAT DO I NEED?

N/A.

GUIDANCE:

Verifile uses a bespoke system in order to collect your information for background screening.

When an order is placed by our client (the company requesting your checks), an email is automatically generated and sent to you, including your username and password for the online Background Screening form. Using these details, you can access the online Candidate Portal, where you will be required to provide your information.

The Background Screening form can only be completed via this online portal, so there is no option for a paper screening form.

Please note, that the online Background Screening form is designed to flag up errors with the provided information like your driving licence number, insufficient information provided, and gaps in address dates. This is a feature that would not be possible with a paper form, and ensures that the process is as streamlined as possible for both you and the company that has requested your checks.

RECAP:

Clarification is provided regarding whether a paper screening form can be provided.
