To assist candidates logging in to their Background Screening Form for background checks.
Note: Some users may not see the password box or Forgot password link. This is because they use a Single Sign On method of entry and a password is not needed.
1. To login to your online screening form, please go to our website Verifile - Home page and click on ‘Login’.
2. Once you've entered this page, please provide your username and password provided to you in our email and enter these in the required fields below:
3. After you have logged in, the page will ask you to reset your password. Please enter the same password we provided you in the ‘Current Password’ section.
4. You'll then need to create your own password. Please note that your password should be at least 10 characters long with a combination of a capital letter, lower case letters, numbers and a special character.
5. You can also check the green text (below) shown at the left-hand side of the page to confirm if you have met the password reset requirements.
- If any of the indicators are Red, please correct the errors accordingly.
- If all the indicators are Green, please click to ‘Change'.

6. After you have changed the password successfully, you will login to the screening form with the ‘Start Form’ option, such as below:
7. Once you have clicked this, you can start completing the screening form.
