Whilst completing the online form, you might receive error messages if something hasn't completed correctly or you haven't provided enough information.
You'll see a pink box at the top of the page that will detail the reason for the error.
Some examples of these are:
* The dates for the required activity period have not been fully covered, maybe because of a gap between employments.
* There is a mandatory field that has not been completed.
* The date on the finish and submit page is not the date you are submitting the form.
* A space has been entered into the driving licence number.
* Letters or symbols have been entered into the telephone numbers.
The error you receive should detail exactly what you will need to correct on the online form. If the error messages you receive are unclear, please contact us and we will assist you in finishing the form.
