• I can't submit my Background Screening Form

There are several reasons you might not submit the online form.

When pressing Finish & Submit, the site will present you with a list of errors at the top of the page, if there are any:

This will highlight which issues stop the form from submitting. The most common reason a form will not complete is because of missed information. Please ensure that you fill out all the mandatory fields across your form—a red asterisk will mark these.

Please ensure that you go back and correct any issues highlighted in the error report.

Extra spaces within telephone, driving license, and passport numbers can lead to many errors. If you receive any errors relating to this, please try removing any spaces between the numbers.
