Your prospective employer may request that we carry out an Academic Qualification check.
For this check, we would verify your Highest Achieved academic study, such as GCSEs, A-Levels, BTECs, International Baccalaureate and university degrees.
If the company requesting your checks has asked us to verify an activity period - such as the last 5 years - you will also need to provide the details of any academic study taken within this period, and whether it was achieved.
When filling out the form, we will ask you for details of the Institution, such as the name and address. We will also require the details of your dates of attendance and the level of qualification you gained. To verify this information, we will contact the institution to confirm your attendance, the grades you received and the qualification they awarded you.
When reaching out to the institution, we will conduct our own research and usually contact either the Registrar or Student Records Office. If you have provided us with contact details for your teacher, tutor or for another person or department, please note that this likely will not be who we reach out to. Instead, we will use this information to further our research.
Any additional information we request from your Academic Institute may vary according to the needs of the organisation that requested your checks.
