This article covers what to do when you receive an error stating 'Credentials submitted are not valid' when logging in.
Emails sent out, including your username and password, are automated, and therefore wouldn't normally be incorrect.
If you receive an error stating 'Credentials submitted are not valid' after typing your password manually, this means that you may have entered either your username or password incorrectly.
We would suggest first checking the characters you have entered to ensure you've input them correctly. For example, you may have entered a space in your username or the number 1 as the letter I or 0 as o in your password.
Alternatively, we would suggest copying and pasting the password, as this will ensure all characters are correct. You will need to be careful not to copy any spaces at the start or end of this password.
If the error persists, you can always request a new password by clicking 'Forgot Password' underneath the password entry field. A new password will then be generated and sent to your email.
