This article provides information on whether we will conduct a Criminal Record Check.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Verifile Candidate Portal login details and access to the Verifile Candidate Portal.

GUIDANCE:

We may conduct a Criminal Record Check for you at your employer's discretion. You will see the checks that your employer has requested when you log in to the screening form. 

Please go to our website through the Verifile Candidate Portal and click on 'Login'

Once you have entered the login page, please use your username and password to login to the form. 

After logging in, please click on 'Start Form' in the Pages section.

When logged in, you will view the checks your employer has requested on the left-hand side. If your employer has requested a criminal record check, this will show on the Pages section as per below.

You will need to provide the required information for the criminal record check your employer has ordered.

If you have lived outside of the U.K. within the last 5 years, your employer may request that we carry out an International Criminal Record Check after you have submitted your online form. In this case, our Candidate Team or your employer will contact you with the instructions for this.
