• I'm a new Verifile Candidate Portal user. Where do I start?

WHAT’S COVERED IN THIS ARTICLE?

This article will help candidates to access the screening form through the Verifile Candidate Portal. 

WHAT DO I NEED?

If you are a candidate who is undergoing a background check requested by your prospective employer, the below are required:

GUIDANCE:

Please visit the Verifile Candidate Portal

Once you have entered this page, please provide your username and password provided to you in our email and enter these in the required fields below: 

Alternatively, at the top of the Verifile main page (https://www.verifile.co.uk), you’ll find a Login button.

Select Login and enter your Username and Password.

You will now be logged in to the screening form with the Start Form option, such as below:

You can now view the online screening form and start filling in the required fields.

Please make sure you click Save on each page before going to the next page.

Once you have completed the form, please click on Finish and Submit. 

After you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email that we will start your background check.
