This article guides candidates on how to amend their email address on the Verifile candidate portal.
You may wish to change your email address at any point during the background check process.
It is essential that we have the correct email address for you, as our Candidate Team may need to reach out to you for further information.
If you have not yet submitted the online form, then information such as your username and password will be sent to you via email.
Before you have submitted the form, you can change your email address on the 'Contact Details' section of the Personal Details page:
This will then be updated on our system once you submit the online form.
Post-Submission, you cannot update any personal details when logging back in. To change your email address at this point, you'll need to contact us so that we can update this for you.
Please call us on +44 (0) 1234 339 300 quoting your reference number starting with VF.
