If you'd like to update your address on the Background Screening online form, you'll need to visit the 'Personal Details' page.
Scroll to the very bottom, and you'll be met with the Address section.
Select the relevant country and begin typing your address into 'Search Postcode/Street'.
Once you have entered address details here, the form will present you with a list of matching addresses in the drop-down list. Select your address from this list.
The form will now populate your address into all the relevant fields.
If you have selected the wrong address, you will only need to search again or select another option from the drop-down list.
If your address is outside of the UK, it may not show up on the drop-down list. If this is the case, select any of the incorrect addresses on this drop-down list, and you will be presented with an 'edit address' button. Click this, and you'll be able to enter in your address manually.
Many Non-UK addresses will also give the option to enter your address manually without searching.
If you have already submitted your form, and need to change your address history, please let us know as soon as possible via email or calling our Candidate Support Team.
If your address is in the U.K. and does not show up in the drop-down list, please check that your address is registered with the royal mail: Postcode Finder - Find an address | Royal Mail Group Ltd.
If your address does not appear here, you will need to contact Royal Mail to register your address.
