WHAT’S COVERED IN THIS ARTICLE?

This article provides the candidate with clarity regarding the consent required to enable us to run the pre-employment checks.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Access to the Verifile Candidate Portal and your login details - Verifile Candidate Portal.

GUIDANCE:

To enable Verifile to begin your pre-employment checks, we require your consent to begin the process.

We request the required consent from you via the online form.

Once you have completed all the required information within the online form, you will reach a section named 'Authority and Finish'.

Within this section, there are various declarations which you are required to read and tick/check (in agreement to) to confirm that you have understood the process about to be undertaken and also confirming the information you have provided is complete and true.

If you do not consent to the pre-screening checks being carried out, you will need to discuss this with the company requesting your background checks.

RECAP:

The candidate has the peace of mind that we will not begin the pre-employment checks until we have their consent to do so and what to do if they don't give consent.
