INFORMATION & STEPS:

Verifile acts as the Data Processor, whilst the company requesting your checks is the Data Controller. This means, that without their express permission, we cannot cancel any of your checks.

If you believe your DBS check - or any of your other checks - are not required for any reason, please discuss this with your prospective employer directly. They will then be able to liaise with us regarding the cancellation of your check. 

RESULT:

You will now understand that you will not be able to cancel any of your checks without contacting the organisation requesting your checks.
