GUIDANCE:

Once you have submitted your online form, it is likely you will receive an email from us confirming which documents you have selected to show to your potential employer for your DBS check.

At this point, you may realise you have selected an incorrect document - such as a Non-UK Driving Licence instead of a UK Photocard driving licence.

In order to correct this, you can let your prospective employer know when you show them your documents, and they can update the selected documents. Alternatively, you can let Verifile know as soon as possible, and we will update this for you.
