GUIDANCE:

Decisions regarding your employment are down to your future employer and will need to be discussed directly with them.

Verifile cannot deny employment, as we are not your prospective employer, but solely report the facts as discovered during background checks.

The company requesting your background screening will select a timeframe for the checks that they would like verified.

This may be three, five or ten years.

Verifile will conduct the required checks for the specified number of years as requested.

Results for the checks carried out will be compiled into a final report and sent to the company that has requested the checks. This means that any decisions to deny you employment are at the discretion of the company that requested your checks.
