GUIDANCE:

Emails have limited security features, therefore it is best practice to password protect documents sent via email. We advise you to use your VF Candidate Reference Number as a password, so only the recipient (Verifile) can open the document.

Another alternative option is to compress the file into a zip file using software such as Winzip, and add a password to this.
