• Do I need to Password Protect documents?

Emails have limited security features, therefore it is best practice to password protect documents sent via email.


We advise you to use your VF Candidate Reference Number as a password, so only the recipient (Verifile) can open the document.

Another alternative option is to compress the file into a zip file using software such as WinZip, and add a password to this.
