If you have received an email from Verifile that you will undergo a background check, this means your prospective employer has requested this background check.

The checks that they have chosen for you may be relevant to the job role you have applied for.

Any questions you may have about why a specific check has been chosen will need to be directed to your employer. You can view the checks requested for you in the online screening form when you login to the Verifile Candidate Portal.
