When completing the Online Screening Form, it may present you with an 'Action' page.

This is because your prospective employer requested we verify and carry out checks for all of your activities during a specific period—usually three, five, or ten years.

We define an activity as any time within that period you had spent in employment, self-employment, on an internship, doing voluntary work or engaged in formal education. For every one of these events that you undertook in the set time period, a new activity will need to be added and checked by us after submission.

You can start by selecting the relevant type of activity from the drop-down:

Description automatically generated

If you had a period where you were not undertaking any employment or academic activities, you will need to select the type as 'Gap in Activity'.

For any gaps, you will need to explain what you were doing. Explanations for such gaps could include travelling, looking after dependents, self-study, looking for employment, or taking time off for medical reasons.

Providing us with your activities ensures we can verify your full history for the period requested by your employer.
