This article covers what to do when you have not received a Verifile username and password for the Verifile candidate portal


When our client—the company requesting your checks—places an order with us, a Welcome Email is automatically generated and sent to you, which contains your username and password.

If you cannot locate this welcome email in both your main email inbox and spam folder, we would advise first checking in with the company that requested your checks to ensure they have placed the order with us.

If your employer confirms they placed the order for your background checks, and you still have not received your username and password, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resend these details to you.
