This article will show you how to sign the Authority Form using Microsoft Edge on Windows PCs.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Authority Form PDF - Provided to you by Verifile or your employer.

GUIDANCE:

• To open the Authority Form, you need the PDF document saved in your File Explorer.
• Locate your Authority Form in your File Explorer.
• Right click the document and select 'Open with' Microsoft Edge.

• At the top of the screen, you will see a 'Draw' button. Once you have selected Draw you will be able to hand sign your signature.

• Hand sign with your mouse or stylus into the signature section as shown below.

• Once the form has been filled, click the save button in the top right corner. 

• Name and Save the completed document in your File Explorer.

You can upload both a printed & wet ink signed authority form which has been scanned electronically or photographed, or a digitally signed PDF copy of the form to your Background Screening form.
