This article helps the candidate know what to do when they cannot log in to their online Background Screening Form.

Note: Some users may not see the password box or Forgot password link. This is because they use a Single Sign On method of entry and a password is not needed.

 


If you cannot log in to complete the online form, you can request for a new password, by selecting Forgot Password.



Once you have selected Forgot Password, it will direct you to a page where you can reset the password, see below:

We understand, there may be instances where candidates cannot reset their password due to several reasons.

When a situation like this occurs, we advise candidates to contact the candidate helpline +44 (0) 1234 339300, and a member of the Candidate Team will happily provide you with new login details.
